The PFA Lined Diaphragm Valve is engineered for ultra-high purity and highly corrosive chemical fluid systems. By integrating a fully PFA-lined flow path, a PTFE diaphragm sealing structure, and a robust SCS13 stainless steel valve body, this valve delivers exceptional chemical resistance, absolute media purity, and reliable zero-leakage performance.

The valve chamber and flow path are completely lined with high-purity PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy), providing unmatched resistance to almost all strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and mixed chemical media. This construction eliminates metal ion contamination and corrosion risks.
Only PFA lining and PTFE diaphragm come into contact with the process fluid, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards required for ultra-pure water, electronic chemicals, and pharmaceutical-grade applications.
The diaphragm structure forms a physical barrier between the process fluid and the valve’s mechanical components. When closed, the flexible PTFE diaphragm tightly seals against the PFA-lined weir, achieving true bubble-tight shutoff.
With no packing gland or dynamic shaft seal, potential leakage paths are eliminated at the source, providing inherent safety for personnel, equipment, and the environment.
The smooth, seamless PFA-lined flow channel offers excellent flow characteristics with minimal pressure drop. The streamlined internal geometry prevents particle retention, reduces turbulence, and supports efficient CIP/SIP cleaning processes, making the valve ideal for cleanroom and hygienic systems.
The diaphragm is the only dynamic and wear-related component, allowing for fast and simple replacement without removing the valve from the pipeline. This significantly reduces maintenance time, downtime, and overall lifecycle costs.
