Description du produit

PTFE/PFA lined pipes are designed for the safe transportation of highly corrosive fluids in demanding industrial environments. By combining the excellent chemical resistance of fluoropolymer linings avec le mechanical strength of steel pipes, this piping system provides a reliable and long-lasting solution for industries handling aggressive chemicals.

These pipes are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electroplating, semiconductor production, and high-purity fluid systems, where corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and long service life are critical.

The inner lining is made from PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) or PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy resin), both known for their exceptional chemical inertness and non-stick properties. The outer shell, typically constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel, ensures structural strength and pressure resistance.

Key Advantages of PTFE/PFA Lined Pipes

Exceptional Corrosion Resistance

The seamless PTFE or PFA lining is highly inert to almost all chemicals, including strong acids, strong alkalis, halogens, and aggressive organic solvents. This ensures safe and reliable transport of corrosive media while preventing internal pipe degradation and contamination.

Superior Lining Integrity and Leak Protection

Advanced molding technology ensures a seamless, bubble-free lining that is mechanically locked to the steel shell. The extended lining at the flange face covers the gasket sealing surface, creating an additional barrier that prevents corrosive fluids from contacting metal components.

Long Service Life and High Durability

The combination of a high-strength steel shell and chemically inert fluoropolymer lining significantly improves pipe durability. Compared with plastic or rubber-lined pipes, this design offers lower maintenance costs and reduced downtime.

Smooth Surface for Efficient Flow

Fluoropolymer linings provide an ultra-smooth, non-stick internal surface, reducing fluid adhesion, scaling, and pressure loss. This ensures consistent flow rates and simplifies cleaning, especially when transporting viscous fluids or slurry.

Wide Temperature Resistance

PTFE and PFA lined pipes maintain performance across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic conditions to high-temperature processing environments.

Suitable for Pressure and Vacuum Systems

The pipeline design supports both positive pressure and vacuum conditions, making it suitable for complex process systems such as filtration, distillation, and suction lines.
